We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing activity, driving engagement, audience growth and impact across our website and digital channels.
About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising the Australian Retail Council’s digital presence across owned, paid and social channels including website editing and content development. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution.
About You:
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing manager or similar role
- Strong digital content creation skills (copywriting, content planning and storytelling)
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Demonstrated expertise in social marketing, particularly LinkedIn
- Website management and web editing skills using a CMS
- Strong analytical skills with experience using digital performance data to drive decision
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B or professional services and a non-profit environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of the Australian retail or broader business environment
