About the Role

We are seeking capable and passionate pre-hospital emergency care practitioners to support and deliver our face-to-face Intensive Clinical Workshop Program (week-long workshops for Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma students).

This is a casual opportunity, with two pathways available:

If you hold your TAE you would join us as a Trainer and Assessor and co-facilitate/deliver workshops and undertake assessment responsibilities.

• Delivering and co-facilitating Clinical Workshops
• Training and assessing students in practical settings

If you do not yet hold a TAE qualification but have strong industry experience, you could join us as a Workshop Assistant, supporting workshop delivery alongside a qualified Trainer & Assessor.  This pathway is ideal for experienced clinicians who are interested in transitioning into education in the future.

About You

You will be excited to help build, improve and deliver courses that are recognised as exemplary across Australia and beyond and will also enjoy having a laugh with like-minded peers along the way!

Essential Requirements

• Industry qualifications: Bachelor of Paramedicine
• Current or recent work experience in a pre-hospital emergency health care setting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Training and education experience, preferably in the Vocational Education and Training sector and with pre-hospital emergency care students
