ABOUT THE ROLE – Cheltenham, VIC | Full-time | Fixed
Term 9-month Contract
We’re
on the lookout for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Partnership
Executive & Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering
exceptional partnership experiences
throughout the golf industry in Australia.
Working
closely with the Head of Partnership Management, you’ll manage a portfolio of
commercial partners while supporting the delivery of major events, hospitality,
and partnership activations. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the
intersection of sport, business, and events — driving real impact across the
game.

Your impact:
Drive
Partnership Success
- Manage and grow a
portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term
value.
- Develop and execute
partnership plans aligned with partner and organisational objectives.
- Lead regular
partnership reviews to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities.
Deliver Seamless Partnership Experiences
- Oversee partnership
administration including contracts, communications, and CRM (Salesforce)
updates.
- Manage
ticketing and hospitality for major events, including partner allocations,
reporting, and audits.
- Coordinate
partner requirements across tournaments, events, and activations.
Support
Commercial Growth & Operations
- Track
and report on partnership value-in-kind (VIK) and commercial outcomes.
- Support
initiatives like PGA Perks and broader commercial projects.
- Collaborate
across departments to deliver integrated partnership outcomes.
You’ll Bring
- Experience
in a commercial, partnerships, account management, or sports environment (or a
relevant graduate ready to step up).
- Strong
organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple
priorities.
- Excellent
communication and relationship-building skills across a wide range of
stakeholders.
- A
proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence
in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate where needed.
- A
genuine interest in sport, events, and the commercial side of the industry.
- Experience
with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant
qualification in business, communications, sports management or similar (or
working towards).
- Working
with Children Check (WWCC) and valid Australian working rights.
