About the Role:

You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bulk style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.

Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals

Ability to manage kitchen operations during both day and night shifts

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality

Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents

Location and Details:

📍 Location and Point of Hire: Drive in/ Drive Out Yass & Adjungbilly

🗓️ Roster: 2:1 or 1:1

⏰ Shifts: 11hour shifts

⏳ Start Date: Multiple roles available now on multiple sites

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in bulk style food production environments (essential)

Experience in dinner, crib, breakfast & desserts production in a remote camp setting

Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)

Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

White Card- Mandatory

Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
