Description

We are a national automotive hail repair company looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administration Support person for our Penrith.

Duties include:

  • Greeting Customers / Visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound enquiries from insurance companies and customers.
  • Arranging customer assessment & repair bookings
  • Assisting with scheduling transport collections / drop offs
  • Maintaining high levels of customer contact and communication.
  • Liaising & assisting with Head Office
  • Ensuring reception area is kept clean & tidy
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents.

Must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
