AUSPAN are now inviting a Project Coordinator to join our tight knit team to assist with the delivery of building projects across metro and regional sites in WA.

This unique opportunity is open to an highly organised, proactive Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.

The Main Responsibilities Would Include:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and logistics

• Maintain project documentation, compliance, and records

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders

• Support risk management and issue resolution

• Assist with procurement and resource management

About You – Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:

• Experience in project coordination or administration within construction industry highly regarded

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to pass a functional pre-employ medical including drug and alcohol screen.  

• Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence. 

• Strong safety mindset and collaborative style

• The ability to make practical decisions under pressure.
