This role plays a central part in keeping our organisation functioning smoothly. You’ll provide day‑to‑day office support, assist teams with administration and logistics, and help coordinate internal and external activities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation and be relied upon for your organisation, follow‑through and calm approach.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day‑to‑day office administration and coordination
  • Preparing documents, simple reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Coordinating travel, meetings and calendars for senior staff
  • Managing office facilities, supplies and service providers
  • Preparing meeting rooms and organising catering
  • Supporting events, courses and stakeholder activities (logistics, registrations, venues, AV)
  • Maintaining databases and administration systems
  • General admin support across the organisation as needed

This role is for you if you

  • Have experience in office administration, team coordination or executive support
  • Enjoy being organised and keeping things running behind the scenes
  • Are confident with everyday tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases
  • Like variety and working across multiple teams
  • Are reliable, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling priorities
