Creative Lead Graphic Designer (Hands-on)

We’re looking for a senior, hands on designer who can lead our visual brand and deliver standout creative that performs. You’ll translate strategy into distinctive work that feels unmistakably Aurora across campaigns, content, digital, print, and onboard touchpoints.

What you’ll do • Own and evolve our visual identity; be the final creative gatekeeper • Turn brand strategy into frameworks, briefs and campaigns • Lead integrated campaigns end to end (concept → design → delivery) • Balance brand storytelling with performance (awareness → conversion) • Use insights, testing and iteration to improve creative effectiveness • Lead and inspire our Digital Graphic Designer; ensure high creative standards • Partner with marketing, digital, PR, product, sales and onboard teams

What you’ll bring • 8+ years in design / creative leadership roles (in-house, agency or hybrid) • Portfolio showing brand led thinking + integrated campaigns + high quality execution • Strong judgement, storytelling and detail obsession • Calm, organised, able to juggle deadlines and stakeholders • Advanced Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom); Premiere Pro/After Effects advantageous • End-to-end project ownership (brief → concept → production) • Bonus: Figma/Canva, photography/colour grading, DAM experience
