Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support the effective management of contracts across procurement, project delivery, and contract execution.

About the Role

The Contract Administrator supports the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. You will provide coordination, documentation control, and commercial support while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, variations, and extensions
  • Maintainaccurate contract registers and documentation
  • Support tender (RFQ/RFT) processes
  • Monitor costs, claims, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage contract correspondence
  • Support compliance, risk management, and reporting requirements

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in contract administration or procurement
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and compliance requirements
  • High accuracy in reviewing and tracking contracts
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong technical competency and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Industry experience in construction, IT, or services
  • Qualifications in business, commerce, law, or project management
