About the Role

Located at our head office (112 Lake Rd, Elermore Vale, NSW), the Data and Administration Officer provides critical administrative and data management support across our campuses.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders to manage student enrolments, maintain accurate records and ensure student information is processed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of student data across multiple systems and supporting the smooth administration of student admissions, enrolments, academic records and VET documentation.

This role is a permanent, full-time position.

In this role, successful applicants will be able to confidently:

  • Manage student enrolment applications and documentation through internal systems.
  • Review, organise and process high volumes of student paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and update student records across multiple systems including school and VET databases.
  • Enter, update and audit student data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the administration of student timetables, reporting and academic records.
  • Liaise with campus staff, applicants, external agencies and previous schools to obtain documentation.
  • Support VET administration including enrolments, outcomes and compliance checks.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and provide customer service via phone, email and internal systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen administrative systems and processes.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and strong attention to detail in all work.

About You

  • You already live by the values of Inclusion, Integrity and Innovation.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume administrative or data-focused role.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience working with student management systems such as Sentral (highly advantageous).
  • Familiarity with NESA Schools Online or similar education systems is highly regarded.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, reliable and accountable.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Atwea College requires:

  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current National Criminal Police Record Check (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain.
  • Child Protection Training or willingness to complete.
