About the Role

As our Physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centered physiotherapy services aligned with the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.

You will:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
• Develop and implement individualised care plans
• Deliver group exercise and pain management programs
• Lead falls prevention strategies and mobility improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance to care staff (manual handling, mobility, equipment use)
• Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions to optimise resident wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

You will play a critical role in enhancing residents’ dignity, independence and overall quality of life.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
• Experience in aged care or community care (highly desirable)
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment capability
• Passion for person-centered, holistic care
• Confident working both independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• National Police Check
• Full working rights in Australia

Desirable:

• Experience in residential aged care
• Additional training in geriatric physiotherapy or pain management
