The Role
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on schools and minor works (experience in these areas highly regarded).
- Administering construction contracts and managing client-side operations.
- Coordinating site meetings and stakeholder communications, including travel to regional areas as required.
- Maintaining compliance with safety standards and quality assurance processes.
- Driving efficiency and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting a broader cultural shift within the business.
About You
- Degree in Construction or Project Management (or similar).
- 4+ years’ experience delivering projects up to $4M.
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communicator, client-focused, and detail-driven.
- Passionate about team culture, change, and continuous improvement.
- SA Driver’s Licence required; trade background desirable but not essential.
