We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology.

We provide innovative and industry leading technology that transforms the way business’ engage their customers regarding payments and service a large number of clients across all industry sectors – including some of Australia’s best known brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver high-quality data analysis and statistical insights to inform decision-making
  • Support data leadership and governance, helping shape how data is managed and used
  • Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to turn place-based data into actionable intelligence
  • Build and maintain data visualisation and automation tools that make insights easy to understand
  • Work closely with State and Territory Governments and other stakeholders across the emergency management data landscape
  • Contribute to research, reporting, and data-driven problem solving at scale

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience in data analysis, quantitative research, or statistics
  • Confidence working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and automated reporting
  • An understanding of data governance principles
  • The ability to explain data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Skills

* Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Databases and internet-based systems

Pay Rate: $77,000 – $85,000 yearly depending on experience.

Candidates without permanent Australian residency or a valid work visa need not apply.
