Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the development and delivery of procurement strategies across projects and operations.
- Deliver end-to-end procurement activities, including EOI, RFP/RFT, evaluation, negotiation and award.
- Manage tender communications, clarifications, probity and governance requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and support mobilisation in collaboration with Project and Commercial teams.
- Lead post-award contract management, including milestones, variations, KPIs, renewals and close-out.
- Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, financial and supply chain risks.
- Manage supplier and contractor performance, including corrective actions where required.
- Oversee purchasing, delivery and inventory interfaces to ensure alignment between procurement, operations and asset management requirements.
- Provide procurement and contract management guidance to operational teams.
About You
With 8–10 years’ experience across procurement and contract management in infrastructure, industrial or renewable energy environments, you bring strong commercial judgement and end-to-end sourcing capability. Highly organised and detail-focused, you manage multiple contracts and priorities while maintaining governance, probity and risk discipline. You are confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and work autonomously in a lean, project-based environment.

- Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, contract law, governance and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award and contract administration.
