At Argon & Co, Consultants and Senior Consultants play a key role in delivering high-impact projects for clients across a range of industries. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to solve complex problems, design practical solutions, and support clients to drive sustainable change.

We welcome professionals with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in disciplines such as business, commerce, supply chain, logistics, procurement, engineering, data analytics, or other operational or transformation-focused fields. A passion for solving complex problems and delivering meaningful impact is essential. Experience in management consulting or internal transformation, continuous improvement, or change management roles is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational improvement and diagnostic projects across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics value streams.
  • Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, including change management.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and presentations.
  • Analyse processes, performance, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive and support implementation efforts with client teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Senior Consultants will typically lead defined workstreams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for follow-on business (on-sell/cross-sell).

What you will need to succeed:

We welcome candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A tertiary qualification.
  • 2+ years’ experience in consulting, data analytics, operations, supply chain, or another relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience working with clients or stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia.
