About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Proposals and Bids Specialist to join our growing team.
Working closely with Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts, you will play a key role in winning new business, leading the development of high-quality proposals and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This is a highly visible role with real impact on the firm’s growth.
This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Proposal Delivery
- Lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids and proposals
- Translate technical input into clear, compelling, and client-focused responses
- Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and align with company standards
Sales & Pipeline Support
- Support pipeline coordination, prioritisation, and tracking of opportunities
- Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and overall sales activity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
Collateral & Continuous Improvement
- Build and maintain a best-in-class library of sales and marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all materials
- Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and content
About You
You bring the following experience and skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in bid writing, proposals, or similar roles within consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to quality and accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
