About the Role

We have multiple full-time opportunities available across day and afternoon shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring machinery is operating efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate steel processing machinery efficiently and safely

• Monitor production processes and perform basic troubleshooting

• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment checks

• Ensure products meet quality standards

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

• Previous machine operating experience (preferred but not essential)

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments highly regarded

• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience/licence highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Willingness to work day or afternoon shifts, with overtime as required

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling task.

• Good Communication Skills
