Corporate Governance Coordinator (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

Join us in a pivotal coordination role supporting high-quality governance across our organisation. You’ll work closely with the CFO (as Company Secretary) and Corporate Governance Manager to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate governance operations.

Employment Type: Part Time, 2 year Fixed Term Contract

Location: Sydney based

Hybrid Work arrangement: 3 days in the office to 2 days per week working from home, reporting to the Compliance Manager

Salary: $90k Annual base salary plus superannuation. Salary dependent on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, collate, and distribute Board and Committee agendas and papers.
  • Maintain governance calendars, registers, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Track action items and support timely governance reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and briefing processes for Board/Committee members.
  • Facilitate effective scheduling, documentation flow, and cross‑team collaboration.

A Typical Day

Your day might begin by reviewing governance deadlines and action items before moving on to collating Board and Committee papers and liaising with contributors. You’ll update registers and governance frameworks, draft agendas, prepare documentation packs, and coordinate inputs from internal teams – all while ensuring information flows smoothly and materials are delivered on time.

  • Tertiary or vocational qualification in business administration, governance, or a related field (preferred).
