The Role

- Oversee day-to-day club operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team
- Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
- Drive social media and marketing strategy
- Drive membership growth and achieve key sales targets
- Build local connections through community engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
- Ensure compliance with franchise and OH&S standards
About You
You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership

What You’ll Need to Get Started
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Full-time availability (38 hours per week)
