The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects. Working closely with senior project managers, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex engineering and automation projects. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of multiple projects

Track project progress, budgets, and key deliverables under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records

Support risk management activities and contribute to resolving on-site issues as they arise

Promote safe work practices and support quality and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

Previous experience in a Project Management or Project Coordination role

Experience within conveyor systems, baggage handling, industrial automation, or similar environments is highly regarded

Key Skills

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or similar project management tools

Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
