About ANL Tyres Aus Pty Ltd
ANL Tyres Aus is a growing, professional mobile tyre service specialising in truck, industrial, earthmoving and crane tyres across the Hunter region. We service fleets, construction, mining-adjacent and heavy industry clients who expect work to be done safely, correctly, and professionally.
Important: We do not service passenger car tyres.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Mobile Tyre Technician / Tyre Fitter to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role working on a variety of heavy vehicles and equipment, including crane tyres.
Experience with crane tyres is highly desirable, however applicants without direct crane experience will still be considered if they demonstrate a strong interest in learning and upskilling in this area.
You’ll be provided with the tools, systems and support required to do the job properly, with opportunities for overtime and after-hours work where available.
Key Responsibilities
• On-site tyre fitting, removal, repairs and inspections (truck, industrial, earthmoving and crane tyres)
• Safe jacking, lifting, wheel handling and torque procedures
• Puncture repairs and tyre condition assessments
• Tyre rotations, pressure checks and basic wheel-end observations
• Accurate job notes, photos where required, and clear communication with the office
• Professional interaction with clients and site supervisors
• Responsible care and use of company vehicles, tools and equipment
• Adherence to all safety procedures and site requirements
What We’re Looking For (Essential)
• Proven tyre fitting experience (truck / industrial / earthmoving preferred)
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Current driver licence (manual preferred)
• Physically fit and capable of a hands-on role
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening (role dependent)
Highly Regarded (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience with crane tyres (mobile and/or yard-based)
• Experience with OTR / mining / earthmoving tyres
• MR or HR licence
• Tyre fitting tickets or formal industry training
• Mechanical aptitude / wheel-end awareness
• Forklift, EWP or other relevant tickets
Note: Crane tyre experience is highly desirable, however applicants without direct crane experience will still be considered if they demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn.
