Rotational Veterinary Nurse 

Animalius Veterinary Hospital – Bayswater, WA  Full-time | No weekends 

Animalius Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Certificate IV or Diploma-qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our team in a rotational role across our referral hospital.

About the Role 

This position follows a structured 4-week roster: 

  • 2 weeks day shifts (Mon–Fri)  
  • 4 evening shifts (Mon–Thurs)
  • 4 overnight shifts (Mon–Thurs)  
  • No weekend work  

You’ll rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to a diverse caseload in a referral setting. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide high-quality patient and ward care
  • Support cases across:  Medicine (high-dependency patients); Surgery (routine to complex procedures); Dentistry (advanced procedures); Radiology (inpatient and outpatient imaging)
  • Monitor and care for hospitalised patients  
  • Work collaboratively with vets, specialists, and nursing teams  

About You 

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing 
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience  
  • Registered with the Veterinary Practice Board of WA  
  • Strong attention to detail and patient care  
  • Confident working in a team environment  
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
