Warehouse Officer

Andi-Co Australia is a national distributor of premium kitchen brands within the Residential, Commercial and Architectural & Design sector. We are seeking a highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Office to support our Warehouse and Spare Parts team in Oakleigh.

This is a hands-on role responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods while ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently and accurately. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high service levels and supporting both customers and internal teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Customer & Dispatch Operations:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery
• Create picking lists, consignment notes, and delivery documentation
• Process sales orders and prepare goods for dispatch
• Perform pre-sale tasks (testing, inspections, part changes)
• Liaise with transport providers (inbound & outbound)

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and task lists
• Manage picking priorities and workflow
• Process returns, including documentation and stock handling
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and records
• Provide supervisory support to team members when required

Site & Safety

• Ensure warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Identify and manage risks proactively
• Assist with stock takes and space planning
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (including grab forklifts)

ABOUT YOU:

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse role
• Forklift experience (grab forklift preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
• Competent using a computer and EFP system
• Previous experience in a team supervisory role would be highly regarded
• Mechanical or technical aptitude (highly regarded)
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence (required)
• Recent experience with ‘grab’ forklifts (required)
• Year 12 or equivalent
• Warehousing/logistics certification (preferred)
