About the Role

Guided by our values, Accountable, Integrity, Needs-Led, Equitable, and Connected, we work closely with government agencies, health providers and community organisations to ensure people have access to quality support services.

This is a true generalist role with impact. As our People & Culture Partner, you’ll provide operational and advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, balancing hands-on delivery with proactive, future-focused people advice.

You will:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding with care and professionalism

• Provide practical, timely advice to leaders and team members

• Support performance, conduct and wellbeing conversations with confidence

• Maintain HR systems, compliance and workforce records

• Contribute to reporting, audits and accreditation requirements

• Champion initiatives that enhance engagement and employee experience

• Help strengthen governance and build contemporary P&C practices

This role is based in Albany and is full time (38 hours per week or 76 hours per fortnight).

About You

You’re an experienced People & Culture professional, who enjoys the true essence of business partnering. Delivering meaningful outcomes to your stakeholders and providing great customer service. You’re calm, pragmatic and values-driven, and you build trust easily. Most importantly, you believe that strong cultures don’t happen by accident they’re built with intention.

You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business Management

• Demonstrated generalist HR experience

• Strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Modern Awards

• Confidence coaching leaders through complex conversations

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

• A current driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
