The Opportunity

As a Site Manager at Amicus, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from site establishment through to completion and DLP. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You’ll typically manage one project at a time plus project close-outs during DLP

This role is 100% site-based leadership — driving performance, quality, safety and accountability on every project.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Deliver projects safely, on time and to Practical Completion through effective program and resource management
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades to drive performance and accountability
  • Identify and mitigate risks across safety, program and commercial outcomes
  • Oversee fit-out works and ensure quality execution in line with drawings and specifications
  • Maintain a 100% pass rate on safety and quality audits, ensuring compliance with WHS, NCC and ISO standards
  • Manage site documentation, reporting and project close-outs
  • Build strong client relationships and meet or exceed satisfaction targets

What You Bring

• Trade qualification

• 3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role

• First Aid & CPR Certification & a Construction White Card

• Strong programming acumen who understands how to schedule the trades cohesively to meet

programme objectives and milestonesConstruction Induction Card (White Card)

• Experience managing commercial fit-out or interior projects

• Confidence using construction software and digital documentation systems

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset
