  • About the Role
  • The Employee Experience Coordinator supports the smooth running of the Melbourne office and contributes to creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging environment for employees and visitors. This role delivers hands-on coordination across office operations, IT support, onboarding preparation, social events, safety obligations, and general workplace administration.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Melbourne office to ensure a welcoming and well-organised workplace
    • Preparing onboarding packs and helping set up new starters for success
    • Coordinating office social events and supporting the Social Committee with team initiatives.
    • Managing office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and merchandise inventory
    • Organising weekly office lunches, kitchen supplies, and general workplace orders
    • Acting as a key contact for building management, deliveries, and office service providers
    • Providing basic IT support and coordinating laptops, accessories, and hardware for employees
    • Maintaining and updating workplace systems including task tracking and administrative processes
    • Supporting workplace safety requirements including first aid supplies, fire warden coordination, and training logistics
    • Assisting with general workplace administration including printing, site folders, signage, and team support tasks
