Altogether Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk and Compliance Coordinator to support the Head of Risk and Compliance in partnering with the business to meet its compliance, governance and risk management obligations.

This role plays a key part in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability and professional integrity across the organisation. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level and thrives in a collaborative environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will support Altogether Group to maintain compliance with legislative, policy and registration requirements, while strengthening risk awareness and quality practices across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing practical guidance and contributing to strong governance outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate, maintain and report on the Group Compliance Register and Compliance Schedule, ensuring compliance obligations are tracked, monitored and actioned in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • ·Manage and oversee the Evaluagent system and support quality control activities within the SPARC program, including monitoring line 1 controls and contract performance to support service quality and continuous improvement.
  • ·Support the development, review and implementation of risk and compliance policies, procedures and frameworks, ensuring alignment with current legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • ·Prepare clear and accurate risk and compliance reports for management, committees and the Board, and maintain well-structured documentation and record-keeping systems that support governance and audit requirements.
  • ·Provide training, guidance and support to employees on risk and compliance policies, procedures and systems, promoting awareness, accountability and a proactive risk and compliance culture across the organisation.
  • ·Act as a key point of contact for compliance-related queries and support the coordination, investigation and reporting of incidents, breaches and near-misses, while monitoring regulatory change and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in risk, compliance, governance or quality roles (or a strong interest in building a career in this area)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Confidence working with compliance registers, systems and frameworks
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with quality assurance or compliance systems (e.g. Evaluagent) will be highly regarded
