We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager with experience in electrical, engineering, and renewable energy projects (solar, EV, or battery storage). You’ll join our dynamic Energy Solutions team to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable energy projects across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical infrastructure greenfield and brownfield projects, which may include solar, electric vehicle charging, metering, gas and electric water plant and battery storage solutions.
  • Provide project reporting, including forecasted and actual results of project delivery budgets.
  • Procurement and contract management in accordance with relevant business procedures to protect the company’s commercial position with both client and supply chain
  • Assist and support the Energy Solutions/Operations team to set and achieve clear, systemised approach to project delivery to achieve successful project delivery
  • Managing contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project execution.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders in creation and refinement of electrical solution designs
  • Provide technical insights in solar, EV, metering, gas and electric water plant and battery storage projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and regulatory obligations.
  • Project risk management, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
  • Support the development and deployment of systems, tools and platforms associated with project management and delivery, asset management and project commercial governance
  • Provide administrative and project support, reducing reliance on existing admin resources.
  • Demonstrating quality workplace practices consistent with Altogether’s quality policies and procedures

What will you bring to the role?

  • Electrical trade or significant exposure to industry
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Technical knowledge of renewable energy solutions (solar, EV charging, battery storage).
  • Technical understanding of electrical and water metering solutions and practices
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance and risk management in project delivery.
  • Solid understanding of project finance and cash flow management/reporting
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and contractor management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to upskill when required to meet role and business requirements.
