We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance across the business. 

This position will support strategic and operational decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to provide insights that help guide investment, performance and long-term planning. 

The role also contributes to financial modelling, valuation activities, cashflow forecasting and treasury support, requiring strong analytical capability, commercial thinking and the ability to operate autonomously. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Deliver clear and insightful monthly management and board reporting, including variance analysis, performance monitoring and identification of key financial drivers, risks and opportunities. 
  • Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to support strategic and operational decision-making. 
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with budget holders to improve forecast accuracy and financial accountability across the business. 
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model, delivering scenario analysis and ad-hoc modelling to support investment decisions, growth initiatives and operational improvements. 
  • Develop and manage long-term cashflow forecasts, monitoring liquidity and analysing working capital drivers. 
  • Support asset valuation modelling, board reporting and continuous improvement of finance systems and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, automation and data integrity. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • CA/CPA qualified 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field 
  • Minimum 1 year post CA/CPA qualification experience 
  • Experience within a financial analysis, FP&A or commercial finance role 
  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and reporting 
  • Exposure to system improvements or automation initiatives 
  • Background in public practice (Big 4 or mid-tier) combined with commercial experience highly regarded
