The Role?

As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be the voice of our organisation. You’ll support customers across billing, account enquiries, payments, and general service queries – delivering solutions every time.

You will:

  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Support customers with billing and account queries
  • Explain energy and water usage, charges and payment options in simple terms
  • Work collaboratively with Billing and Operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance standards

  • Has experience in customer service (utilities or billing experience highly regarded)
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Can manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Is resilient and solution-focused
