The Role?
As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be the voice of our organisation. You’ll support customers across billing, account enquiries, payments, and general service queries – delivering solutions every time.
You will:
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries
- Support customers with billing and account queries
- Explain energy and water usage, charges and payment options in simple terms
- Work collaboratively with Billing and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate records and compliance standards

- Has experience in customer service (utilities or billing experience highly regarded)
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Can manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Is resilient and solution-focused
- Brings positive energy and team mindset
