As a growing, award-winning Financial Advisory firm with offices in Mackay & Brisbane, we are searching for our next superstar. You’ll begin by working closely with our Creative Director, bringing campaigns to life across social media, our website, and other digital platforms. You’ll craft content that’s not only visually engaging but also meaningful – whether it’s a podcast episode, a client newsletter, or a video that captures the heart of what we do.
Your days will be filled with variety: one moment you’re scheduling a LinkedIn post that sparks conversation, the next you’re editing a podcast or designing a presentation that helps clients feel informed and empowered. You’ll help maintain our online presence, support internal branding efforts, and assist with events that bring our values to life.
But this role isn’t just about what you’ll do today – it’s about where you’ll grow tomorrow.
After you have a grasp on our firm and vision, you’ll begin to explore the strategic side of marketing. Down the track, you will have the chance to dive into SEO, Google Ads, and use data to uncover what truly resonates with our audience. You’ll be invited into planning sessions where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your creativity helps shape the future of our brand.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, and ready to grow. Someone who understands the power of storytelling and the importance of detail. You might have a background in marketing or communications, experience with WordPress and social media platforms, and a knack for design tools. But more than anything, you’re someone who sees marketing as a way to connect, inspire, and make a difference.
