You don’t need financial planning experience, it’s great if you do, but we will teach you. What matters most is your attitude, care for clients and willingness to learn.
As a Client Service Officer, you’ll be a key part of the client experience at our Mackay Head Office, supporting our Advisers, Associates and Paraplanners to deliver our renowned 5-star service.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help keep the advice process running smoothly and ensure clients feel genuinely supported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding clients through onboarding and preparing for their ongoing advice reviews.
- Co-ordinating applications, rollovers, withdrawals and provider follow ups.
- Managing client records with accuracy, security and care.
- Creating and managing workflows to keep the team operating efficiently.
- Providing warm, professional, in office client support.
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, implementation tasks and follow ups.

About you
You will be a strong fit if you:
- Have customer service experience (financial planning experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
- Communicate clearly, professionally and with genuine warmth.
- Feel confident speaking with clients, professionals and providers.
- Enjoy working across multiple tasks at once and staying organised.
- Pay strong attention to detail, accuracy matters to you.
- Proactive, collaborative and genuinely care about team culture.
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems (Salesforce is a bonus).
- Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have full working rights.
