As a Client Service Officer, you’ll be the steady, reliable heartbeat of our advice process. You’ll support our Advisers, Associates and Paraplanners to deliver our renowned 5-star service to our clients, helping them feel confident and supported.
This is a role where the work you do directly enhances the lives of families we support.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll become the master of keeping things moving. Your role includes:
- Guiding clients through onboarding and preparing for their ongoing advice reviews.
- Co-ordinating applications, rollovers, withdrawals and provider follow ups.
- Managing client records with accuracy and care.
- Creating and managing workflows that keep our advice team humming.
- Delivering warm, professional, in office client support.
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, implementation tasks and follow ups.

About you
You will thrive with us if you:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in a financial planning admin or client service.
- Confident navigating platforms, super/investment processes and financial documentation.
- Accuracy is your love language – details matter to you.
- Communicate with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Proactive, collaborative and genuinely care about team culture.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus).
- Australian citizen, permanent resident or have full working rights.
Most importantly: You care about people and care about doing things the right way.
