Your Role:
🔹 Deliver high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
🔹 Create and implement individualised therapy plans following evidence-based practice.
🔹 Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referrers.
🔹 Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NDIS and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration).
✔️ 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred).
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Experience in paediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable.
✔️ Passion for making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
