Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, motorcycle and marine brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead for an initial period of 12 months to build and lead Allied Credit’s process improvement project. You will ensure efficient and effective processes are used across the business and lead major projects to review and improve how different teams collaborate.
The role defines how Allied does process improvement, builds organisational capability and delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, risk and scalability aligned to Allied Credit’s growth strategy.
What you will be doing
- Designing and implementing Allied Credit’s process improvement framework, standards and tool kits.
- Defining best practice ways of working for process reviews, including intake, prioritisation, governance and handover into delivery.
- Leading end to end reviews of priority initiatives and facilitating workshops to document current state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, risks and constraints.
- Designing future state processes aligned to Allied Credit’s operating model, systems and risk appetite, quantifying benefits and developing clear recommendations.
- Partnering with Technology, PMO and business teams to transition improvements into delivery via Continuous Improvement or Project channels.
- Tracking, validating and reporting benefit realisation (cost, capacity, risk, customer experience etc).
- Contributing to a culture of disciplined execution, data driven decision making driven, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching leaders and teams in process thinking and continuous improvement.
Your background
- Experience leading complex, cross functional process reviews end to end, ideally within Financial Services regulated environments.
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or similar frameworks certification would be expected.
- Strong facilitation, analytical and benefit realisation capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at both executive and individual contributor levels.
- Working as part of a team on technology-enabled change and automation initiatives.
