Ready to run the job on major data centre and infrastructure projects?
We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor with solid data centre and commercial construction experience to lead crews on site, coordinate trades, and drive safe, high-quality delivery for global technology clients.
In this role, you will
- Run day-to-day electrical works on site, including control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS) across data centre builds.
- Lead and support crews to deliver safe, tidy, high-quality work in live and high-density environments.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Ops to keep jobs on track and on schedule.
- Read and interpret drawings, specs and scopes to plan works properly and avoid rework.
- Take charge on site – coordinating trades, engaging with clients and driving strong delivery standards.
About you
- Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
- ACMA accreditation (Structured, Coaxial, Fibre Optics) highly regarded.
- Solid hands-on experience delivering control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS) on live projects.
- Confident leading crews on site, giving clear direction and setting the standard.
- Strong understanding of data cabling standards and best-practice installation.
- Safety-first operator who takes pride in tidy, compliant, high-quality work.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments without cutting corners.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to drive productivity and get the job done right.
