Ready to run the job on major data centre and infrastructure projects?

We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor with solid data centre and commercial construction experience to lead crews on site, coordinate trades, and drive safe, high-quality delivery for global technology clients.

In this role, you will

  • Run day-to-day electrical works on site, including control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS) across data centre builds.
  • Lead and support crews to deliver safe, tidy, high-quality work in live and high-density environments.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Ops to keep jobs on track and on schedule.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specs and scopes to plan works properly and avoid rework.
  • Take charge on site – coordinating trades, engaging with clients and driving strong delivery standards.

About you

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
  • ACMA accreditation (Structured, Coaxial, Fibre Optics) highly regarded.
  • Solid hands-on experience delivering control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS) on live projects.
  • Confident leading crews on site, giving clear direction and setting the standard.
  • Strong understanding of data cabling standards and best-practice installation.
  • Safety-first operator who takes pride in tidy, compliant, high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments without cutting corners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to drive productivity and get the job done right.
