We’re authorised Kubota dealers for mini excavators, tractors, mowers, and excavator parts. We sell a complete range of Kubota parts and products to meet the customer’s needs. Servicing the entire Queensland region, Allclass is an official 5 star authorised dealer for Kubota… and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Toowoomba team.
You will be instrumental in providing servicing in the field for repairs or breakdowns. To succeed, the quality of your work will be exemplary, ensuring repeat business from our customers. As part of a close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with others to minimise turnaround times for the customer.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair Kubota and Merlo equipment both in-field and in our workshop
- Deliver responsive and professional service to our valued customers
- Complete warranty and service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with our Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and safe work practices
What you’ll bring:
- Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting or similar
- Previous experience servicing heavy or construction machinery
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, reliability, and a commitment to safety
