We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Boilermaker to join our team. This role offers a solid mix of fabrication, production-style work, and project-based jobs, so it suits someone who enjoys both variety and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role across multiple areas of the workshop:
- Fabrication and assembly of components from engineering drawings
- Welding across a range of materials and processes (TIG experience advantageous, not essential)
- Working across both project-based jobs and repeat product work (including ROPS and similar builds)
- Completing jobs to specification, on time, and to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks and identifying any non-conformances early
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working both independently and within a team to meet production targets
There’s a good mix of variety and structure, some jobs are one-off, others are repeat builds where efficiency and consistency matter.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who takes ownership of their work and shows up ready to get stuck in.
- Trade qualified Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent)
- Solid fabrication and welding experience in a workshop environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- TIG welding experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
