Our team of Support Workers, Children and Youth Workers provide 24/7 support to participants with complex needs. Duties include personal care (may include full assistance with cares, including hoisting and wheelchair for mobility), in-home support, supported independent living, community access, school runs and domestic assistance.
We also provide comprehensive continence assessments and provide products tailored to individual health and community nursing needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continence Registered Nurse with experience with continence assessments and reporting or willingness to learn based in Ipswich region to join our team. This is a casual or subcontracted role with a mix of Office, Work-from-Home and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
Continence Care Assessments & Reports
Conduct face-to-face and telehealth assessments and reviews.
Prepare professional continence reports and prescriptions.
Request product quotes from suppliers and develop care plans.
Build rapport with participants to ensure person-centered care.
Note: This role involves a significant report-writing component and requires strong clinical documentation skills.
Supervise support staff to ensure optimal care.
Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
Experienced in NDIS/Community Nursing/ Aged Care
Confident in extensive and detailed report writing
Valid Open Driver’s License and Reliable Comprehensive Insured Vehicle.
Valid police clearance check.
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance ($10m each).
Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
Reliable Internet and Phone Service
Dedicated Workspace, with minimal interruptions
Willingness to undertake continence care training to further develop in this specialised field.
