Your Role:
You’ll work across psychosocial, adult, aged care and/or paediatric caseloads — based on your passion and skillset. Your day-to-day may include:
- Delivering creative, client-centred therapy sessions
- Writing Functional Capacity, AT, Home & Living, and Support Needs reports
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, and external stakeholders
- Tracking client progress and maintaining aligned clinical notes
- Making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent and trauma-affected clients
- Paediatric or adult OT interventions
- Psychosocial disability and trauma-informed mental health care
- A realistic KPI model (5.5 client hours/day) — because burnout isn’t our vibe
About You:
- Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Driver’s Licence and Personal Vehicle
- NDIS Worker’s Screening Check (or open to obtaining)
- Professional Insurance
- Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors
- Strong organisational and collaborative skills
