Our beautifully curated spaces, holistic therapy approach, and empowering team culture set the standard for new-age allied health. Your Role:

You’ll work across psychosocial, adult, aged care and/or paediatric caseloads — based on your passion and skillset. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Delivering creative, client-centred therapy sessions
  • Writing Functional Capacity, AT, Home & Living, and Support Needs reports
  • Liaising with families, support coordinators, and external stakeholders
  • Tracking client progress and maintaining aligned clinical notes
  • Making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent and trauma-affected clients
  • Paediatric or adult OT interventions
  • Psychosocial disability and trauma-informed mental health care
  • A realistic KPI model (5.5 client hours/day) — because burnout isn’t our vibe

About You:

  • Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Driver’s Licence and Personal Vehicle
  • NDIS Worker’s Screening Check (or open to obtaining)
  • Professional Insurance
  • Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors
  • Strong organisational and collaborative skills
