Alfresco Emporium is a premium Australian lifestyle brand specialising in homewares, furniture and dining collections inspired by coastal elegance and timeless design. With stores across NSW and QLD, a growing online presence and a dedicated Interior Styling Studio in Bundall, we continue to expand our styling services nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Interior Stylist to join our Bundall Interior Styling Studio on a permanent full-time basis. This role reports to the Interior Styling Lead and forms part of our National Styling team.
This position requires availability to work five days per week, with Saturdays being essential due to client demand and studio consultations.

About the Role
You will deliver exceptional styling outcomes for clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the Interior Styling division in Queensland.
Client Advisory & Styling Delivery
- Provide expert interior styling advice to clients seeking tailored home styling solutions using Alfresco Emporium exclusive products
- Develop and present detailed client proposals
- Manage projects from initial consultation through to installation
- Oversee and contribute to styling installations, including pre and post-production processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve styling sales targets and increase profitability
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, designers, builders and referral partners
- Confidently convert consultations into confirmed projects
- Track results and provide monthly reporting on pipeline and performance
Operational & Technical Excellence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Alfresco Emporium products
- Develop strong relationships with third-party suppliers
- Utilise systems including CIN7, Monday and Floor Planner to streamline workflow
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and documentation
About You
- Completion of a Design or Styling qualification
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Interior Stylist or Decorator
- Experience working with premium or high-end brands
- Demonstrated experience in winning new work or growing revenue
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales capability
- Proven ability to manage client projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant systems and technology
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
