The Role:
You’ll deliver accounting, taxation and business services to a diverse portfolio of SMEs and individuals across various industries and structures (trusts, partnerships, companies).
But more importantly — you’ll grow.
What You’ll Do
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns with accuracy and confidence
Prepare and advise on BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, Div 7A and statutory reporting
Liaise directly with clients, stakeholders and the ATO
Assist with advisory projects and client strategy discussions
Identify opportunities to add value and improve outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone driven and ambitious. Someone who sees this as a career move not just another job.
You’ll likely have:
A degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting
2–4 years’ experience in tax and business advisory
Public practice experience (preferred)
Progressing toward or intending to complete CA/CPA
Experience with Xero
Strong technical skills and commercial curiosity
A proactive mindset and genuine drive to grow
Most importantly — you want exposure, responsibility and progression.
