About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Credit Risk to join our 2nd Line Risk team to drive review and development of our credit risk framework.

Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this role suits a credit professional with a strong background in retail lending.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and oversight of the credit risk management framework.
• Execute the credit hindsight review program and report to management on observations and recommendations.
• Provide advice and support on regulatory compliance relating to credit.
• Contribute to credit policy and process reviews.
• Develop and deliver credit training and awareness programs.

• Strong credit experience within the retail banking sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with strong commercial acumen, report writing and presentation skills.
• A self-starter, with attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
