We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to support our Scarborough venue – one of our beautiful beachside locations where guests come to slow down, reset and enjoy the Alchemy experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in running a smooth venue, and can confidently guide a team while maintaining the warm and welcoming energy our members love.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Scarborough venue
• Leading shifts and guiding Front of House staff
• Delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Being the eyes and ears of the venue, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Acting as a conduit between the venue team and upper management
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
• Assisting with staff training and onboarding
• Handling member enquiries and resolving issues confidently
• Supporting rostering, bookings and daily venue tasks

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness or customer-facing leadership

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
