Foreman/Leading Hand

Must be experienced in and have the following,

• Small scale subdivisions and civil construction

• Ability to manage teams of 4 – 10 staff on site

• Ability to manage subcontractors on site

• Order materials and scheduling of deliveries

• Managing safety documents, Pre-start meetings, Reports.

• Road building experience

• Sewer, Storm water and water main construction

• Experience in Concrete retaining wall building.

• Confident with laser levels and reading plans

• Set out job and carry through to completion and assist with paperwork

• Work in a team, assist with operating plant and equipment and on tools at times.
