The “Day in the Life”
No two days are the same here! You’ll be in the “engine room” of our operations, handling:

The Puzzle Master: Solving rosters and filling last-minute shifts across all our service streams.

The Budget Whisperer: Monitoring Support at Home (SaH) and NDIS budgets to ensure our clients get the most out of their funding and utilising their budgets effectively.

The Connection Maker: Conducting monthly welfare checks and being the friendly voice on the phone for families and care teams.

The Compliance Guru: Keeping our records “audit-ready” and ensuring every T is crossed and every I is dotted.
Are you the one?

New to the industry? No worries! If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, we’ll start you at Level 2 and show you the ropes.

An Industry Vet? If you’ve got 5+ years of experience and know NDIS/Aged Care standards inside out, we’ve got a Level 4 spot with your name on it.

Tech-Fluent: You navigate CRMs and Excel or basic computer functions with ease.

The Vibe: You’re empathetic, fun, Can be professional when the time calls for it, and can stay cool when the “puzzle” gets tricky. We are an eclectic group of people, who don’t always make sense in a professional setting but it works. There is no mould you need to fit, this roles success is dependant on what you bring to it.
