Your Role
As the Data Analytics Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our analytics, consulting, and community engagement initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. You will lead a high-performing team of data analytics professionals, manage the creation of intellectual property (including accelerators and frameworks), support pre-sales activities and solutioning and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. You will also act as a trusted consultant to clients, while contributing to the wider data and analytics community through webinars, meetups, and seminars.
What You’ll Be Doing
Consulting & Technical Leadership
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, providing expert guidance and tailored analytics solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, Azure and related technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical solutions with business outcomes to deliver measurable impact.
Team & IP Management
- Supervise, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Manage the P&L for your Practice, ensuring projects are running well, profitable and delivering high customer value.
- Oversee the creation of accelerators, frameworks, and innovative IP to enhance our service offerings and improve delivery efficiency.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team while driving strategic initiatives.
Project Delivery & Pre-sales Support
- Manage the technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client needs.
- Partner with the sales team to contribute to proposals, estimates, and client presentations, demonstrating technical thought leadership.
Community Contribution
- Plan, host, and participate in community engagement activities such as meetups, webinars, seminars, and technical workshops to showcase Agile Insights’ thought leadership in Data & AI.
- Represent Agile Insights at industry conferences and events, building relationships and sharing insights on the latest trends and innovations in analytics.
- Create content, such as blogs and presentations, to support the growth of the data analytics community and enhance Agile Insights’ brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data analytics solutions, including dashboards, data models, and integration with Azure data platforms.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to understand client challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams in a technical capacity.
- Experience with whole of practice management: outcomes, capability, quality, timeliness, and value.
- Ability to develop and manage reusable IP, such as accelerators and frameworks, that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider community.
- Experience hosting or contributing to community events, such as webinars, meetups, or seminars, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex data challenges.
