Parts Trainee

About the role:

We have an exciting role as a parts trainee to undertake the study of Certificate III in Automotive Sales (AUR31020) based at AFGRI Equipment’s South Guildford Ag branch.

Upon completion of the traineeship, successful parts trainees progress into Parts Sales Representative roles within AFGRI Equipment.

The Parts Trainee will assist the parts department with day to day sales and warehousing functions to ensure customer satisfaction. These may include but not limited to.

Ensure the correct computer input of all goods received.

Charging of daily invoices / packing slips from suppliers to Customers and service job cards.

Maintain up to date the parts database and price lists.

Unpack all freight.

Stock to shelves.

Undertake and successfully complete all training requirements both external and internal.

To attend to counter service and Customer phone enquires as needed.

Promote sales / follow up on sales by all possible means.

Ensure all parts are charged prior to leaving the premises.

About you:

Completed Year 12

Able to work in a close knit team in a high paced in environment.

Have an interest in Agriculture and Machinery.
