Marketing Coordinator for ADX Depot plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team by executing and coordinating various marketing initiatives and campaigns. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
A certificate or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring all elements are executed on schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and sales, to gather necessary assets and ensure campaign alignment.
Content Creation and Management:
Help create and curate content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, website updates, and email campaigns.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Proofread and edit content to maintain brand consistency and quality.
Digital Marketing:
Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, website and social media advertising.
Assist in monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather and compile data to generate regular marketing performance reports.
Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and tactics.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and product/service development.
Administrative Support:
Manage marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communication within the marketing team and with external partners.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate collaborative marketing efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Maintain brand guidelines and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital Design
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
