ADX Depot is growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable, switched-on Admin/ Finance Officer

This is not a narrow role. This is a “see it, own it, fix it” role.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right in the middle of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly:

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Developing relationships with our customers by delivering outstanding customer service
  • Assisting with basic accounts/admin tasks
  • Booking transport, accommodation and logistics when required
  • Coordinating meetings and making sure rooms are set up properly
  • Keeping the office clean, organised and presentable
  • Ordering stationery, consumables and most importantly keeping the kitchen stocked with goodies
  • Jumping in wherever needed – because that’s how we operate
  • Banking and accounts reconciliations.
  • Opening cash or 30 day accounts.
  • Reconciling cash tills.

About You

We don’t need perfect. We need reliable, sharp and proactive.

You will:

  • Be highly organised and detail-focused
  • Have a strong phone manner and clear communication skills
  • Be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Be proficient in Microsoft based programs
  • Demonstrate basic user level proficiency in Microsoft programs, MYOB
  • Take pride in doing the small things properly
  • Be proactive – you don’t wait to be told
  • Be a team player who contributes to the culture
  • Possess Australian work rights
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in admin & finance is preferred.

Experience in admin, customer service or sales support is helpful — but attitude matters more.
